Together with a colleague, I traveled to the United States to spearhead the on-site digitization of manufacturing processes for a internal client. Our primary focus was implementing a “paperless production” environment to optimize workflows and eliminate manual bottlenecks. By analyzing their existing operations firsthand, we successfully integrated digital solutions that significantly improved process efficiency, transparency, and overall output.
